Mountains, spaciousness, light
These are the defining features of the Upper Engadin. With 350 kilometres of ski slopes, over 220 kilometres of cross-country skiing tracks and 150 kilometres of winter footpaths, this is one of the biggest winter sports regions in Switzerland.
St. Moritz Silvaplana Sils Corvatsch/Furtschellas
Corvatsch is the sports mountain of the Engadin. You will find steep and challenging slopes, and lots of areas for freeriding, but families and less experienced skiers are also well catered for. The Hahnensee run from Corvatsch to St. Moritz Bad is a classic and is regarded as the best run in the Engadin. Powder snow until well into the springtime is the norm here.
