It's all about sweetcorn, or to be precise polenta, a distinctive local speciality. Restaurant 3303 offers two versions of this speciality in new interpretations: white polenta from Ticino, a mixture of white cornmeal and water, or typical "Polenta Taragna" from the Valtellina, in which cornmeal is mixed with buckwheat flour and tasty cheese.
The large self-service restaurant is the gastronomic hub of the ski resort. Help yourself to pizza from the wood-fired oven and fast-food classics. In the Bistro, snow sports enthusiasts can fortify themselves in the morning with coffee and something sweet while at lunchtime there are all kinds of delicious panini creations and the sunshine terrace invites to relax.

This cosy rustic restaurant is conveniently positioned halfway down the Chastelets ski slope. Dorigo, the landlord, a local character from the Upper Engadin, serves tasty regional meals: grilled specialities, dishes made from game that he has hunted himself, polenta prepared in a huge pot, and fine wines.

You are really close to the splendid glacier here, and you can enjoy the wonderful panorama, a fresh barley soup or a tasty self-made piece of cake on the sun terrace. The SAC cottage offers accommondation for 80 people and is easily accessible on a hiking trail.
The resurrected Sonnenstübli enjoys a prime location in St. Moritz-Bad, to the south of the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains. It lies directly at the bottom of the Hahnensee downhill run on the Corvatsch. During the winter months, the umbrella bar with its spacious sun terrace has capacity for up to 90 guests, allowing them to bask in glorious sunshine when the weather is fine. A wide range of drinks and little snacks makes for the perfect après-ski experience, against the backdrop of the Engadin mountains.
