It's all about sweetcorn, or to be precise polenta, a distinctive local speciality. Restaurant 3303 offers two versions of this speciality in new interpretations: white polenta from Ticino, a mixture of white cornmeal and water, or typical "Polenta Taragna" from the Valtellina, in which cornmeal is mixed with buckwheat flour and tasty cheese.
The Murtèl middle station is the ideal place to start and end lots of the great hikes on Corvatsch. Strengthen yourself with a sandwich or barley soup. For dessert there is coffee and homemade cake.
The La Chüdera restaurant on the Furtschellas is an insiders' tip for gourmets. Its à la carte restaurant, sunshine terrace and coffee bar make it an inviting place to spend some time. The panorama terrace has a magnificent view over the Sils and Silvaplana lakes. Just in front of the restaurant, you'll find a playground to entertain the children.
