It's all about sweetcorn, or to be precise polenta, a distinctive local speciality. Restaurant 3303 offers two versions of this speciality in new interpretations: white polenta from Ticino, a mixture of white cornmeal and water, or typical "Polenta Taragna" from the Valtellina, in which cornmeal is mixed with buckwheat flour and tasty cheese.
In November 2020 newly opened, cosy mountain restaurant. Fine drinks, wines and good food in "Grilleda Alpina" style. Beautiful sun terrace with à la carte, self-service, bar and lounge area.

The ski hut is in an idyllic location between the Furtschellas and Corvatsch and is the perfect place for gourmets and guests looking for peace and quiet. The spacious sun terrace is protected from the wind and is an inviting place to relax. The chefs prepare tempting Italian specialities such as pizza, pasta and piadine – Italian flatbread with a range of fillings.
The La Chüdera restaurant on the Furtschellas is an insiders' tip for gourmets. Whether with fine salads or a juicy steak with homemade fries, accompanied by a fine wine - the à la carte restaurant invites you to linger. The sunshine terrace and the coffee bar are great places to enjoy coffee and cake. And the panoramic terrace has magnificent views of Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana.
Where cows are kept in summer, people dine in winter. The Kuhstall is one of a kind and also a little bit crazy. During the day, home-style, tasty dishes are served. In fine weather, barbecue on the sun terrace. Hot dishes from lunchtime, from 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m., then cold snacks until 4.30 p.m, daily from Monday to Sunday.
Evening events can be booked from Wednesday to Sunday. Monday and Tuesday on request. The Kuhstall treats its guests to creative meals and excellent wines. The two rooms at the Kuhstall have room for up to 80 people. In the evening there is always only one menu.
